This online hotel reservation service is operated
by Nama Holidays Tour in corporation with hotels throughout Indonesia.
All services offered are legal, including reservation, quoted selling
rates, published rate from hotels, transaction via internet, determined
by Nama Holidays Tour. Nama Holidays Tour are fully responsible
for our services. Responsibility is taken for all reservations made
via Nama Holidays Tour's website and payment made from and for its
services. Nama Holidays Tour are NOT responsible for services provided
by hotel chosen by clients. Nama Holidays Tour guarantee that you
will have the quality of services from hotels as stated in website.
The quality of service fully depends on prestige of hotel chosen
and it shall be fully responsible for its services to you, clients.
Nama Holidays Tour are fully responsible for identity of any client
who participates in its website and for data received by Nama Holidays
Tour. Any internet user can benefit from Nama Holidays Tour's services
by browsing at database.
Hotel rates quoted by Nama Holidays tour are on a per room and per
night basis in the low season valid till March 31, 2010 (whole year
except July - August and December - January). Check-in time is after
03:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on day of departure. Extra
/ additional bed is subject to a per person, per day surcharge.
American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers
are not included unless otherwise stated in the service. Breakfast
(ABF/CBF) is for two persons in 1 room. Late check-outs or day use
of your room is available until 18:00 hrs, the price is 50% off
room rate.
If your hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details
of the hotel and we can follow up for you. Please be aware some
Hotels have seasonal surcharges, please read respective conditions
carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding
of rates. Theses rates are applicable only when reservation is made
through Bali-looK.com. If you cannot find out rate of hotel you're
looking for, please contact us for more information.
PROCEDURE OF RESERVATION
All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely
our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply at least within
48 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed we will inform you
and give the other suggestion. To confirm your reservation we request
copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, fulfill
Credit Card Authorization Form and signature which should be send
by email to reservation@namaholidays.com after you submit your reservation
request. NamaHolidays.com only guarantee availability for reservation
of room(s), tour(s), and or other services when we have received
above documents. Your credit card only serves as a guarantee, full
payment can be done direct to the hotel, we will not deduct your
credit card details used only to indicate your seriousness in booking
with us. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up after
signing the Confirmation Form.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All rates for accommodation
in Bali are quoted in US dollars; however, in case of payment by
credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made
in Indonesian Rupiah converted at rate of exchange applied by Indonesian
banks for selling US dollars on day of debit.
You can make payment by USD CASH / USD T/C / Rp. CASH / Amex / VISA
/ Master to the hotel or activity you would like to be used.

EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
Difference in personal statement balances can occur
and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank
processing time. Bali-looK.com can not hold the responsible for
these differences.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation later than 30 days prior to check in
- 25% of stay will be charged.
Cancellation later than 14 days prior to check in - 50% of stay
will be charged
No Show - Full
lenght of stay will be charge
Walk out - Full lenght of stay
will be charge
Except for the High season (July - August)
and Peak Season (December-January),
full length of stay will be charged if cancellation made later than
30 days prior to check in.
TRANSFERS
Nama Holidays Tours's can help you to arrange
your transfers to the hotel where would you like to stay. The hotel
staff will pick you up friendliness.
OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE
For travel insurance and other insurances, please
check with your local travel agent or related financial institutions
in your own country. It is high recomend to use your own insurance
company to have a high responsible in your tour.
Nama Holidays Tours currently does not provide travel insurance
service from your country to Bali.
VISA
AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
As of 1st February 2004, several
significant changes have been implemented to Indonesia's visa laws.
Citizens of certain countries will still be eligible for Visa Free
Entry, while other will be eligible for a Visa on Arrival, at a
cost of USD 25 for a 30 day visa and USD 10 for a 3 day visa. Those
not falling into either category will be required to apply for a
visa before departure to Indonesa. Please note that Visa on Arrival
and Visa Free Entry can only be facilitated at certain designated
entry points to Indonesia. Entry at other points will require a
visa before departure.
Citizens of the following Countries are eligible for Visa
on Arrival : The United States, Australia, South
Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Finland,
Hungary, England, Italy, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Norway,
France, Poland, Switzerland, New Zealand and Taiwan.
Citizens of the following Countries are eligible for Visa
Free Entry : Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei
Darussalam, The Philippines, Hongkong Special Administration Regian
(SAR), Macao SAR, Chili, Morocco, Peru and Vietnam.
Designated Entry Points :
Airport that will have offer Visa on Arrival and Visa Free Entry
facilities include Polonia Medan, Sultan Syarif Kasim II
Pekanbaru, Tabing Padan, Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta, Juanda Surabaya,
Ngurah Rai Denpasar - Bali, and Sam Ratulangi
Manado.
Harbours that will have offer Visa on Arrival and Visa Free Entry
facilities include Sekupang, Batuampar, Nongsa, Marina Teluk Senimba
at Batam, Bandar Bintan Telani Lagoi and Bandar Sri Udana
Lobam at Tanjung Uban, Belawan, Sibolga, Yos Sudarso Dumai, Teluk
Bayur Padang, Tanjung Priok Jakarta, Padang
Bai - Bali and Jayapura.
